Officers

A President, two Vice Presidents and a Secretary General are each elected for a one-year term to lead EMBC. The President and Vice Presidents can be re-elected to serve for a maximum of four years; the Secretary General may serve for an unlimited number of terms.

The EMBC President is Nektarios Tavernarakis (Greece). Vice Presidents are Hemma Bauer (Austria) and Lovorka Barac Lauc (Croatia). The Secretary General is Mark Palmer (United Kingdom).
